Access conditions

The purpose of this website is to provide information about our services and activities. Its use implies full acceptance by the User of these conditions; therefore, if you do not agree with their content, you must refrain from using the website and the services offered on it. BOS TAUROZOS reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, and may modify, delete, or add new content and/or services without prior notice, as well as change how they are presented, located, and the conditions of use of the website.

The User acknowledges that all the content of the website and, specifically, all information and materials, the structure, selection, arrangement and provision of its content, programmes and application development used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the holder of the website or, where applicable, by third parties.

Under no circumstances shall access to or use of them by the User imply any waiver, transfer or total or partial assignment of said rights, nor shall it confer any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said content without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for this purpose by BOS TAUROZOS or by the third party holder of the rights affected.

General Terms and Conditions of Contracting

Reservation and purchase procedure

Any purchase of access tickets to BOS TAUROZOS shall be governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting. BOS TAUROZOS reserves the right to cancel reservations or purchases where there are reasonable indications that they have been made fraudulently or contrary to these conditions.

BOS TAUROZOS reserves the right to modify at any time the offer available on the website regarding types of tickets, opening times, prices, promotions and any other applicable conditions, without prejudice to respecting the conditions accepted by the user at the time of formalising the purchase.

BOS TAUROZOS will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is truthful, complete and up to date. In the event of any typographical, technical or content error, it will be corrected as soon as possible. If a user has made a purchase based on said error, BOS TAUROZOS will inform them of the incident and offer them the possibility of cancelling the purchase free of charge or maintaining it under the correct conditions.

The photographs, images, graphic representations and other visual content published on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual, and variations may exist.

The purchase procedure will be carried out entirely through the website. To formalise the purchase of tickets, the user must select the type of visit and, where applicable, the corresponding time slot, complete the requested details, select the available payment method and confirm the purchase.

Once the purchase process has been successfully completed and payment has been received, the user will receive confirmation of the transaction at the email address provided, together with the corresponding electronic ticket.

The tickets issued will allow a single access to the centre during the selected time slot (morning or afternoon), with one ticket required for each attendee.

Prices and payment method

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. The total amount of the purchase will be shown to the user before confirming payment, in accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations.

Payment for tickets may be made using any of the payment methods enabled at any given time on the website, which may include:

Bank card.
Bank transfer.
BIZUM.

In the case of payment by card, the transaction will be managed through a secure payment platform provided by specialised third parties. BOS TAUROZOS does not store or have access to the full banking details used during the payment process, which will be processed directly by the payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

The user guarantees that they have sufficient authorisation to use the selected payment method and that the data provided during the purchase process is truthful and complete.

The purchase will only be considered formalised once payment has been correctly authorised and confirmed.

Shipping method and associated costs

Tickets purchased through the website will be sent exclusively in electronic format to the email address provided by the user during the purchase process, once payment has been correctly confirmed.

The tickets will be sent as soon as possible after the transaction has been validated. If the user does not receive the confirmation email or electronic ticket within a reasonable period after the purchase, they must contact BOS TAUROZOS through the enabled channels, indicating the details used to make the purchase.

The tickets issued will allow a single access to the centre during the selected time slot (morning or afternoon), with one ticket required for each attendee.

Ticket availability will be subject to capacity and visit organisation. In the event of an exceptional incident that prevents a reservation from being confirmed or the purchased tickets from being issued, BOS TAUROZOS will inform the user as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution or, where applicable, a full refund of the amount paid.

As the tickets are sent exclusively by electronic means, no shipping costs will apply. If there are any additional costs associated with managing the purchase, these will be shown to the user clearly and itemised before completing the contracting process.

Tickets and access conditions

Tickets purchased through the website will allow access to the BOS TAUROZOS interpretation centre in accordance with the conditions and opening times indicated during the purchase process.

Each ticket will be valid for a single access during the selected time slot (morning or afternoon), with one ticket required for each attendee.

Tickets will be sent in electronic format to the email address provided by the user and must be kept until the time of access. If the ticket has not been received correctly, the user must contact BOS TAUROZOS prior to the visit.

BOS TAUROZOS may deny access where there are reasonable indications of fraud, duplication, misuse of tickets or breach of these conditions, proceeding, where applicable, to refund the amount paid.

It is the user’s responsibility to verify that the data provided during the purchase process is correct before confirming the transaction. During the contracting process, reasonable technical means will be made available to the user to detect and correct possible errors in data entry.

Tickets only grant the right of access to the centre under the conditions expressly indicated at the time of purchase and do not confer any other additional right.

Prohibitions

Purchased tickets must be used exclusively for access to the centre in accordance with these General Conditions.

Unless expressly authorised by BOS TAUROZOS or unless otherwise provided by the applicable regulations, the resale, commercialisation or use of tickets for commercial or profit-making purposes is prohibited.

Likewise, it is prohibited to use the tickets, name, image, trademarks, content or any other element associated with BOS TAUROZOS for advertising or promotional purposes, competitions, prize draws or similar activities without prior, express and written authorisation.

BOS TAUROZOS may adopt any reasonable measures necessary to prevent fraudulent, abusive uses or uses contrary to these conditions, including, where applicable, the cancellation of reservations or the denial of access when there are reasonable indications of non-compliance.

Refunds and cancellations

Tickets purchased through the website allow access to the BOS TAUROZOS centre on the date and time slot selected during the purchase process.

As a general rule, once the purchase has been formalised, there will be no right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, as these are services related to leisure activities for which a specific date or period of performance is provided.

Notwithstanding the above, BOS TAUROZOS voluntarily offers its users a flexible cancellation policy.

The user may request the cancellation of their reservation and a full refund of the amount paid provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the contracted time slot.

Cancellation requests made outside this period will not entitle the user to a refund of the amount paid, except in those cases where it is legally required.

In the event of cancellation of the visit, closure of the centre or supervening impossibility attributable to BOS TAUROZOS that prevents the provision of the contracted service, the user will be entitled, at the choice of BOS TAUROZOS where possible, to:

the rescheduling of the visit for another available date; or
a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation or incident requests must be sent through the contact channels enabled by BOS TAUROZOS.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be made, whenever possible, using the same payment method used for the purchase and within a reasonable period from acceptance of the request.

These conditions do not limit or exclude the rights legally recognised to consumers and users.

Admission and Assistance

BOS TAUROZOS reserves the right of admission and permanence on its premises when justified causes arise related to the breach of these conditions, the safety of people, the protection of the facilities, respect for the environment or any other circumstance that prevents the normal development of the visit.

The ticket will only be valid for access to the centre on the selected date and time slot and must be kept throughout the visit in case verification is required.

Visitors must at all times respect the instructions of the centre staff, safety measures, access rules and any instruction aimed at ensuring the proper organisation of the activity and the wellbeing of the people and animals present on the premises.

BOS TAUROZOS may deny access or request that visitors leave the premises when conduct occurs that disrupts the normal operation of the activity, poses a risk to third parties, causes damage to the facilities or involves breaches of these conditions, without this generating any right to a refund unless otherwise provided by law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, photography for exclusively personal use will be permitted. The use of images, recordings, drones, professional equipment or any other means of capture for commercial, promotional or public dissemination purposes is prohibited without the prior and express authorisation of BOS TAUROZOS.

BOS TAUROZOS will endeavour to address and resolve any incident or discrepancy diligently, transparently and in good faith, seeking a satisfactory solution for the parties.

Without prejudice to the above, when the user is considered a consumer, they may resort to the out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms that may be applicable in accordance with current regulations.

These General Conditions do not limit the rights that may legally correspond to consumers and users.

Confidentiality

All information communicated or provided by either party to the other, or to which either party has access, shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation, validity, execution or fulfilment of these conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with the applicable regulations.

When the user has the status of consumer or user, the competent Courts and Tribunals shall be those corresponding in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of consumers and users.

Without prejudice to the above, the parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise before resorting to legal proceedings.

Likewise, and without prejudice to the right to resort to the competent Courts and Tribunals, consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable in accordance with current regulations.
